My concern In my opinion, it's acceptable if it's for personal use only. Not like listening to songs or stories, learning the principles of thinking is a continuous pratice-review process. It may take months or even years before you archieve accomplishment.

lawlful or not depends on how you use them the copyright statement says you can't re-distribute the recordings only (but nevertheless i didn't download them myself :P) and for the rthk radio archive, they are available there for a whole year, and it's free....you can listen to all the programs in a 原汁原味 way so the only reason they are only stored for one year is to save storage space sometimes you can request for a tape of the recording of yourself if you're being interviewed on air, but what i did was i downloaded the program for my own 紀念 instead, and this is acceptable i think :)
