停課=提前放假? just want to clarify one point: 教統局給學校的指引: "為不影響學生的學習，停課日期需由全年90 日學校假期內扣除。" from the above guideline, the so-called "停課" is effectively "提前放假"

Re: Protagoras agreed to teach Euathlus I think the court should let Euathlus win the case. And then Protagoras can sue Euathlus once again. Since Euathlus has won a case, he is contractually bound to pay.
