God's will, supply, challenge
I was used to live in hk and recently I have started to study in USA. I am not a christian but at USA, as I have few friend, I go to a chinese christian church to meet some mew friends. I always think that the christian way of thinking have some problem and this feeling was more intensified when I go to the fellow ship and service of the church.
My most obvious question is that is the idea of "god's will" a tautology?
Many of the christian that I know always say that it's god's will when they meet something lucky or unlucky. As no matter they are lucky or not ,it is still god' s will right than , isn't it a tautology?

很多人常常將一些『已成事實』的事情等同是『上帝的意旨』，例如一對新人結婚，就說這是『上帝的意旨』，如果將來他們離婚，又可以話這是『上帝的意旨』。如果離婚是上帝的意旨，為甚麼當初結婚又話是上帝的意旨？因為不先結婚是不能離婚的，先結婚後離婚也是『上帝的意旨』。任可不能解釋的東西就說是『上帝的意旨』，不是方便快捷嗎？
神的意旨
教徒將甚麼事都說成是神的意旨，我們試從心理角度理解。
當有好事發生，說成是神的意旨，可表示教徒謙卑的人格，一切榮耀歸於主。
當有不幸的事發生，也說成是神的意旨，即變成是自己能力以外、不能控制的事情，可以減輕自疚、自責，甚至自卑的心理，減輕自已的責任，使自己開心些。
我並不是教徒，但我覺得有時這種想法也並不壞，當遇到不幸的事情時，作為自我開解/安慰朋友的一種不錯的方法。不竟，我們並非事事都真的要尋找導致事件的原因。那麼，究竟是否真的是神的意旨又有甚麼關係呢？
但是....
但是....如果你連是否存在的東西都不能確定，又如何能藉此減輕痛苦呢﹖
我好像有點明白何謂「信者得救」......因為一個封閉系統能夠解釋所有現象、所有事件，所以，只要相信能解釋一切的上帝，你就再沒有痛苦（得救）。
想深一層，說所有事情都是上帝的意旨亦有不妥，因為亦常聽說『違背上帝的意旨』，即是有些已發生的事情可能不是上帝的意旨，那麼某一事情是否上帝的意旨就真是God knows了。地球上有些動物正瀕臨絕種（例如海豚、熊貓、綠海龜等），這個會不會是上帝的意旨呢（恐龍絕種又是否上帝的意旨呢）？如果是的話那麼保護這些生物的人就違背了上帝的意旨了，同樣地從事環保工作、研究基因改造或複製羊的一眾人等到底是順應上帝的意旨還是違背上帝的意旨呢？
如果你遺失了錢包而認為這是上帝的意旨，那麼日後警署找你去認領就別去了，記住不要遺背上帝的意旨。
Religion
I have no religion. I believe the master of life is self. Religion or God is just a substitution when people want satisfaction that make them comfortable. However, there is containing conflict of interest and power behind because of supporting from huge group of religiousness, such as Islam, Buddhism and Christian....etc. I don't think there is peace or safety in world famous religion countries.
